Hello Guys .. !! Here is a healthy recipe I came up with which is very rich in protein. I only have my cell phone pics , so sorry for that. But I hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients
Rice : 1 cup uncooked Onions: 1 small cup Sprouts (green moong) : 1 cup Beans : 1 small cup Ginger: Grated 1 Tbsp Green chillies : 5 Slit Jeera/Cumin powder : 1 Tbsp Curry Masala : 1 tsp Salt : adjust to taste Chaat masala : 1tsp (optional) Lemon juice : 1 Tbsp Oil : 1 Tbsp Water : 1 small cup
Method:
~ Cook the rice and keep aside. You can use white rice or Brown rice , here I didnt had enough time to cook brownrice .. so i used white rice
~ Take a pan and heat the oil . after that add the onions and green chillies , I like my food to be spicy so I used Thai chillies but you can use any chillies depending upon your taste ..
~ Grate the ginger and add them to the onions.I have a small cute grater which I use to grate directly when I am cooking .. you can see it in the pictures..
~ Fry them till the onions turn translucent and then add the sprouts , beans . Here I used only 2 Main ingredients .. but you can use as many vegggies you can .. I used Frozen soy beans here because it is easy to cook as it takes very less time .
~ Add the water and let the beans and sprouts cook for few minutes.
~ Once they are done .. add Cumin powder , salt, curry masala , chaat masala and lemon juice . again you can red chilli powder if you want .. but instead I added curry masala which gives nice aroma and taste. chaat masala is completely optional I added because I like the chatpata flavor and lemon juice is for tanginess .
~ Mix well and then add the cooked rice . Blend the rice and sprouts together gently with spatula so that rice and beans wont get mushy .
~ Serve hot. You can serve this along with raitha/yogurt/chilled curd.

Since I used only one cup the rest will go into my fridge and rescue me whenever I want to cook something healthy and quick.
