Healthy Matcha Latte


Matcha latte is a healthy alternative to drive through cold drinks. Matcha has incredible health benefits and here are some of them,

~Is packed with antioxidants including the powerful EGCg ~Boosts metabolism and burns calories ~Detoxifies effectively and naturally ~Calms the mind and relaxes the body ~Is rich in fiber, chlorophyll and vitamins ~Enhances mood and aids in concentration ~Provides vitamin C, selenium, chromium, zinc and magnesium ~Prevents disease ~Lowers cholesterol and blood sugar etc.

Ingredients

Ice Cubes - 4

Milk of choice - 250ml

Sugar/Honey- to taste

Matcha Powder - 1 spoon

Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp

It is very important to use high quality matcha powder to get all the benefits.

Method

~ Add ice cubes in a blender and crush it

~ Now add rest of the ingredients and blend till frothy

~ Serve in a Tall glass with straw :)
